We come from a background, which reeks of business lineage, sharpened by exposure to the whirlpool of business fortunes. We come from the dry, desert and arid regions of Rajasthan in India, which is known for its entrepreneurial drive and is scattered throughout India in particular, and the globe in general. From such roots we originated, moved over to Hyderabad and pioneered the textile trading business in the heart of Deccan plateau of India. We were much impressed by the passion and zeal of the State Government to encourage growth and development, its policy to push forward reforms on the right road.  

We moved from purely textile trading activity, catering to whole country and ventured into textile processing, dyeing and printing activity a decade back under the name, Sri Navdurga Textile Processors Pvt. Ltd. The shift was a unique one, since the total textile processing business was concentrated mainly in western India i.e., Ahmedabad, Surat, etc. Well-honed by generations of marketing expertise, we could feel the pulse of the market, the same of which has enabled us to release the best and the most perfect products which were well accepted by the people, so much that demand for our products exceeded supply margin in the country. As on now, our products have created a niche for itself in the textile markets of the country.

Our progress over the years has been consistent even during periods of dire recessionary times. This has enabled us to be totally debt free and have no interest obligation to outsiders. Our unique selling proposition "Highest in quality at the most cost effective price” has been made possible due to qualities of hard work, broad vision and commitment to fundamental principles of ethical business. Another factor that has enabled us to achieve this feat is low and stable cost of production process, the same of which has come about, due to stringent cost control measures, constant monitoring and commitment to satisfy customers by providing high quality products, which gave value for their money. 

Management

Our company came into origin through the efforts of Shri Chandrakant Agarwal and his father Late Shri Madanlal Agarwal. After the demise of Late Shri Madanlal Agarwal, the company was strengthened by the entry of his other son Shri Mahesh Kumar Agarwal, as a Director. Shri Chandrakant Agarwal is the Managing Director of the Company and is managing the day to day affairs. Both the Directors are associated with the textile business, since inception of their careers.
